Description:

This painting of Kasabian’s front man Serge Pizzorno  was captured backstage after we’ d just performed at the Royal Albert Hall for the teenage cancer trust. I really wanted to capture that moment on canvas where Pizzorno was reclined and exhausted, he’d given everything he had and I wanted the pose where he offers the viewer a drink to be reminiscent almost of Caravaggios painting of ‘Bacchus’
